*All appointments are for verified clients by request and will be verified within 24 hours by the therapist, if available.

Email Address: You'll need to provide a valid email address to receive the Welcome email and verification messages.

Password: Create a secure password to protect your account.

Personal Information: You may be asked to provide some basic personal information, such as your name and contact details, to set up your profile.
How to Access the Simple Practice Client Portal
Step-by-Step Guide

Receive the Welcome Email: When you sign up for counseling with The Compass Online, you'll receive a Welcome email from Simple Practice containing a link to the Client Portal.

Click the Sign-In Link: Open the Welcome email and click on the provided sign-in link. This will open the Client Portal in a new tab in your web browser.

Log In: If you're logging in for the first time, simply follow the prompts to create your account. If you're an existing client, click "I'm an existing client" and enter your email address.

Verify Your Email: Check your inbox for a verification email from Simple Practice. Click the link in the email to complete the verification process.

Access the Portal: Once verified, you'll be able to log in to the Client Portal using your email and password.
